How did Vesna Vulović survive the fall from JAT Flight 367, despite catastrophic injuries?
On July 26, 1972, a 22-year-old Serbian flight attendant, Vesna Vulović, made international headlines for surviving a fall from an altitude of 33,000 feet. The incident occurred when the plane she was working on, JAT Flight 367, exploded mid-air due to a terrorist bomb.
